Forecast, not a tip. Probabilities are model outputs and carry uncertainty. Do not risk money on them.

Terms of use

What this site is, what it is not, and what you can expect from it. Last updated 14 September 2026.

These terms cover both Brainer Lab sites: brainerlab.com, the brand page that explains what we publish, and forecast.brainerlab.com, the application you are reading now. Where they mention an account, a watchlist or alerts, they mean the application — the brand page has none of those.

What this site publishes

Every number here is the output of a statistical model. A published 60% means the model estimates that outcome happens about 60 times in 100 — it is not a prediction that the outcome will happen, and an upset inside that range is expected rather than a failure.

We publish how well the model has actually scored, including when it scored badly. The reliability page and the weekly recap are the receipts, and they are not curated.

Information only — and one measurement worth your attention

Nothing on this site is advice, financial or otherwise. It is published for interest and analysis, and you should not treat any part of it as a recommendation to act.

We tested this directly rather than assuming it. Across 16,321 historical fixtures we compared our probabilities against those implied by the market, under two different methods and two different date ranges. The model showed no advantage over the market in any of them. Where the site names a most likely outcome, that is a statement about what is probable — never a claim that acting on it makes money, which we have measured and it does not.

Any decision you make with money is yours alone, and we accept no responsibility for it.

Accounts

An account is free and optional; it exists so you can follow teams and, if you choose, receive email alerts. Keep your sign-in to yourself — anyone with access to your Google account has access to yours here.

We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or overload the service. We will not suspend one for disagreeing with the model.

You can leave at any time. See the privacy page for how deletion works.

Availability and accuracy

This is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or correct. Fixtures and results come from a third-party data provider, and when that provider is late or wrong, so are we.

When our data is stale we say so on the page rather than quietly serving old numbers. That is a design commitment, not a warranty.

We may change, pause, or withdraw any part of the service. Where a change would affect what you have already relied on, we will try to say so first.

Using the site fairly

Read the site, follow teams, quote the numbers with attribution. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other readers, attempt to break into it, or republish it as though it were your own work.

The model, the code and the text on these pages are ours. Football data belongs to its provider and its rights-holders.
